At Blue Lotus, we take an integrative approach to therapy, therefore the intervention is carefully tailored to meet the individual’s needs.

Some people find that after the assessment process they would like to commence therapeutic intervention. The average amount of time people work in therapy can vary dependent on the approach. Some people might prefer to take on the coaching aspect of our services, whilst others might prefer some short-term interventions or psycho-education.

At Blue Lotus, we take an integrative approach to therapy, therefore the intervention is carefully tailored to meet the individual’s needs. Each therapist can be flexible in combining a number of different therapeutic approaches or can utilise the skills of one approach, to support a reduction in psychological distress.
